Mitch Jacobs is a financial technology entrepreneur and Main Street expert. Jacobs has been inventing and launching companies since starting his first in his Dartmouth dorm room 20 years ago. His first two companies were sold to public companies and his last, OnDeck (NYSE: ONDK), is now at 400 employees and more than 150 million in annual revenue. His fourth Main Street focused Fintech startup is Fanbank.
Jacobs creates scalable solutions for Main Street businesses through his technology incubator, Tech on Main. He is CoChair of the MicroCapital Task Force, a coalition of private sector leaders advising Treasury and The White House on capital access and other issues effecting Main Street. Jacobs is an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner and was a member of the Bloomberg administration’s Council on Technology and Innovation.
He and his wife, Samantha Ettus, live with their three children in Los Angeles and New York.
